This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by Inspo Network, Inc. (“Inspo”). This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you use our platform, mobile site, mobile application, and other online products and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending registered users a push notification). We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Services to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy.

I. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you request a demo or information, create an account, fill out a form, provide content, participate in a contest or promotion, apply for a job, communicate with us via third party social media sites, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, contact information (such as email, address, and phone number), profile photo, job title, experience and demographic information, marketing information (such as your preferences for receiving communications about our activities, events, and publications, and details about how you engage with our communications), and other information you choose to provide. If you link your Facebook or Google account or accounts from other third-party services to Inspo, we also get information from those accounts. The information we get from those services depends on your settings and their privacy policies.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Services

When you access or use our Services, we (our service providers, and our business partners) may automatically collect information about you, including:

Log Information: We, our service providers and our business partners may log information about your use of the Services including information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit a website or that your mobile application automatically sends when you are using it. This includes the type of browser you use, screen resolution, access times, pages viewed, your IP address and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.

Device Information: We, our service providers and our business partners may collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including the hardware model and manufacturer, operating system and version number, unique device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID or Apple ID for Advertising), browser type pages or and mobile network information.

Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We, our service providers, and our business partners may automatically collect information about your use of and actions on the Services, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and length of access. Our service providers and business partners may collect this type of information over time and across third-party websites and mobile applications.

On our webpages, this information is collected using cookies, browser web storage (also known as locally stored objects, or “LSOs”), web beacons, and similar technologies, and our emails may also contain web beacons. In our mobile application, we may collect this information directly or through our use of third-party software development kits (“SDKs”). SDKs may enable third parties to collect information directly from our App.

We, our service providers and our business partners may also use various technologies to collect information, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. “Cookies” are text files that websites send to a visitor’s computer or other internet-connected device to uniquely identify the visitor’s browser or to store information or settings in the browser. Cookies are stored on your hard drive or in device memory that helps us to monitor and improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular and count visits. Browser web storage or LSOs, are used for similar purposes as cookies. Browser web storage enables the storage of a larger amount of data than cookies. We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as “tracking pixels”, “pixel tags” or “clear GIF”). Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in our Services or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon. A SDK is third-party computer code that we may incorporate into our mobile applications that may be used for a variety of purposes, including to provide us with analytics regarding the use of our mobile applications, to integrate with social media, add features or functionality to our app, or to facilitate online advertising.

Web browsers may offer users of our mobile apps the ability to disable receiving certain types of cookies; however, if cookies are disabled, some features or functionality of our mobile apps may not function correctly. Information We Collect From Other Sources

We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For example, if you create or log into your account through a social media site, we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information and friends lists, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such social media site.

Suggest other people who have similar interests. For example, if you follow yoga, we may suggest yoga people who you might like; and

Comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities.

Inspo is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

III. SHARING OF INFORMATION

Anyone can see public posts you create and the profile information you give us. We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;

In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or legal process, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation;

If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Inspo or others;

If such information is aggregated or anonymized in a manner that does not directly identify you;

To professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us;

In connection with, or during negotiations of, any corporate divestiture, merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization or sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company, or in the event of bankruptcy or dissolution; and

Social Sharing Features

The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take on our Services with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others

We may allow others to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services. IV. UPDATE TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may change this policy from time to time. If we do, we will publish changes on this page. If you continue to use Inspo after those changes are in effect, you agree to the new policy. We will notify you regarding any material changes by either sending an email message to the email address you most recently provided to us or by prominently posting a notice on our Service.

V. YOUR CHOICES

Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Inspo by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you service-related and non-promotional communications, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

Do Not Track
